With more than 15 years of legal experience and the extensive skill and knowledge gained through being a fifth-generation lawyer, Mr. O'Fiel strives to provide the best legal representation in your time of need. After graduating from Lamar University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Political Science, he attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas where he received his law degree. He practiced law in Beaumont, Texas with his father until relocating to the Kerrville, Texas in the aftermath of Hurricane Rita in 2005.
She provides the attorneys in our firm with solid and reliable assistance and serves as a listening ear to our clients. In addition to Family Law, Susan also has experience with Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, Criminal, Bankruptcy, and Civil Litigation. When clients are often faced with a variety of emotional situations.
Although she did not have any prior legal experience, she has proved to be a fast learner from the start. She is responsible for greeting clients, handling the front office reception and various administrative duties. She works with our staff in all the legal areas. Her knowledge of computers and organizational skills are an asset to the office.

If you’re looking for a great legal team I would definitely recommend Patrick O’Fiel and his team. He follows the code of ethics, very responsive, and has great knowledge of the law. He may be a little more pricey but he’s definitely worth it.

Stop !!!!and read before you decide on calling his office , his staff is not equipped to help u although they ask to hear your whole case then they will see if they want to represent you after explaining my case the woman let me know there not excepting new clients until September so don't waste your time or money!!!!don't think there equipped to handle kpd or there corrupt police force don't use them if you want to win !!!!

Can never make an appointment to see him even when he charges a hundred dollars an hour disrespectful staff and had me doing all the work when that’s what I paid for .Be careful with this attorney I wouldn’t be surprised if he had his friends write all his reviews when I asked for help with understanding the questions about the discovery he did not show interest in helping and decided to withdraw even though he was paid up he was disrespectful and fails to maintain his financial responsibility by sending me itamized invoices. “Shady” if you are looking for help here it is find out more
