If you're choosing to have someone come appraise your home I WOULD NOT recommend Michael Leavitt. His appraisal came in 30k less than one we had had 7 months ago and his report contained several careless errors. One picture he included wasn't of our home, one home he listed as sold was still pending. His valuation wasn't totally off but was definitely on the low end.
