I called Triple A for a tow and an hour later Legacy towing showed up with a flatbed to tow my truck at the Wawa in Jackson NJ. They were supposed to tow it to my mechanic but they didn’t want to drive the 45 min to where it had to go so rather then the driver get out and talk to me, he ignored me as I flagged him down and his office called me to ask if they could store my truck for the night and take it sometime tomorrow. I said that would be fine if it got there first thing in the morning. But she said she didn’t have any idea what time it would be but definitely not the morning. I said I

This is the only tow company / shop my company will use when we are down south. They are professional and if they cant find something wrong with the truck they wont guess and charge you $$$$ for something that may not work. Highly recommend there shop and tow. This company has towed my car multiple times. Most of the time there has been the same driver. He is a young man (I do not know his name). He is always professional, friendly and efficient. Called AAA to have a jump start and battery diagnoses done. Esteban was sent out, gave curtiousy calls frequently, did what he had to do. Professional, up beat and chill. Would recommend 100 percent.

So many bad reviews on here are making me a bit nervous that I didn't actually need a new battery or sonething. But I had a good experience. I called AAA which is how I connected with them. My car battery died. They arrived within 1.5 hours (I was at home so that didn't seem bad). They tested & replaced my battery within 20 minutes. The price seemed reasonable to me and the whole experience was much less of a hassle than I was expecting.

I've use this company twice, both times horrible experience very unknowledgeable staff. Twice in a row the driver wanted to leave without getting the car started. One time I was left in the middle the street and the second time, At my house I refused his conclusion Of a completely dead battery I took over the jumper cables and got it started within two minutes. Jose will also not refrain from yelling at you aswell

Last Saturday at around 7:30am as I left the Princeton Deli in Brick,N.J. , my truck would not start , as the starter had decided that this was the day for it to fail . I had an urgent appointment in Neptune at noon that day and still have to load equipment in the truck . Legacy's tow truck operator determined that it was, indeed, a bad starter .
Long story short , the friendly, honest and quite capable staff at Legacy was able to replace the starter, as well as point out and repair a few other minor issues at no extra cost and send me on my way .
