Ordered daughters soccer pictures. They gave us someone else’s pictures, different team even. The coach tried following up and was directed to have us contact directly. So I did. Left a message with all the details. Get a call back asking about my son (daughter as explained in my message) and the name. I provided and explained the situation and was polite, was told. “Yea I’ll look it up and call you back.” Never heard back. Been over a month we have been trying to get my daughters pictures. Left another message. If the pictures are gone admit fault and let’s find a resolution. So far
