This is an OLD house with many ... frailties. The team did a great job of managing less-than-standard previous installations, and putting on a roof that will really keep the weather out. Totally pleased with the result. Cleanup was great, too. Everything ran efficiently and well. Thanks, guys!

During the last major storm I unfortunately experienced a few bad leaks. I found Tycos and called right away. I spoke to Cole. He was sooo kind and friendly! He calmed me down even though I was going though this craziness! He sent out a representative and they gave me a quote for my roof replacement. My family and I are very excited to be working with Tycos. Thank you all for your quick and speedy help!

I highly recommend! Tycos installed a new metal roof and gutters on my retail business. The guys were great! They worked fast and kept the jobsite clean, respecting the fact that I still had to do business while they were working. All of the workers from the delivery guys to the installers went to great lengths to insure they didn't get in the way of my customers. I couldn't be happier

I can’t thank Cole and the crew enough! The roof looks absolutely fabulous, it really is nice to hire a reliable, reasonable, contractor. I was nervous at first, because I had some laundry room service done over the winter and the contractors where a mess (Lowes recommended). I don’t think they knew what they were doing. Unlike, these guys they really worked hard - literally from 7AM ~ 9PM at night! Thanks to Tyco's I now have all new plywood and new shingles on both the garage and the house. I owe you guys a lunch! Thank you so much!

LOVED working with Tycos to fully replace our Wilmington DE flat roof. They're communication with us was great. They were timely, professional, and did a great job! Very fairly priced in comparison to the other quotes we got. Having 3 dogs, we were worried we'd have nails/debris in our yard that we'd have to pick up. Nope! They did a great job cleaning up when the job was done. Not a single nail left behind. Even provided pictures of our roof installation from start to finish. Overall, would highly recommend this company! We'll be going back to them for new windows!

We recently suffered a storm related roof leakage. Tyco's came recommended by a co-worker but we did or "due diligence" and had 3 other contractors out to review our damage. Not only was Tycos the only company to offer to come out with an emergency tarp service (the next day), their extremely knowledgeable consultant was "insurance certified" and proved invaluable during the insurance process but they followed through in every aspect. I can't say enough about Joe, Jose, Tim, Cole and Christine and the rest of the team - they were simply awesome. The install crew

We had a great experience with Tycos. They were able to install our new flooring on a tight schedule and at a reasonable price. Everyone was very professional and responsive, and also kept us informed of the progress of the install. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely use them again.
