A third-grade field trip to the courthouse, led by her father who is also an attorney, sparked a love for the law that culminated in the establishment of Campbell Law Office, PLLC, a firm dedicated to personal legal service at affordable rates.
Alyssa D. Campbell is the founding attorney at Campbell Law Office, PLLC, which opened in 2015. Prior to founding the firm, Ms. Campbell was a Partner at Legal Advocates for Indian Country, LLP (LAIC). Campbell Law Office, PLLC is a general practice law firm focusing in Native American law and family law, serving individuals as well as tribal nations; tribal businesses; tribal agencies; and individual tribal member legal representation.
Family law is stressful and unfortunately, the legal processes can bring out the worst in people and lead them to say or do unkind and harsh things to get their own way. Typically, this kind of behavior has the opposite effect. At Campbell Law Office, PLLC, our goal is to help families through the legal process, providing the resources and support they need to reach a positive resolution.
In Oklahoma, child support is determined based off of a guideline created by the Oklahoma Legislature. This guideline is essentially a mathematical formula that takes into account a wide range of factors to come up with a child support amount. There is no cookie cutter solution to any family law matter, least of all matters dealing with children and finances.
Court orders are binding once finalized, however, there are certain changes in circumstances that are recognized by the court as sufficient reason to modify an order. In some cases, parents who want to refuse visitation or relinquish custody may ask for a modification to existing agreements. When circumstances change, it is often necessary to modify court orders that affect you and your loved ones.

My husband and I hired Alyssa Campbell,from Campbell Law Office. She was excellent! She was straight forward. Telling us it would be a hard battle and she would fight for us every step of the way.
