I've been using Green Blue Tax & accounting many years for my company and personal tax and I am very satisfied with their work.

I'll give her the benefit of the doubt with three stars, since this is the year of COVID, and anything can happen. She did offer to pay the penalties and review the tax transcript that I ordered as a result of everything. Though she hasn't contacted me again afterwards.

My state and federal returns were e-filed under HER address instead of my own. (My review copies had my correct address.)

I'm leaving on a mini-vacation to Maui and needed to complete my taxes in a hurry before I left so I called Green Blue Tax that a good freind of mine recommended. Not only were they accomodating to my last minute request for an appointment, but they were also professional and effiecient. Needed to get back taxes filed and have the financial information ready for a court case this month. On 09/11 I received an email from Christina saying she just needed to do a final review and would then send me the returns Monday. Never got them. Spent the next 5 weeks emailing and calling the office. No explanation. No replies to any emails. Phonecalls go straght to a recorded message saying inbox full and unable to leave voicemail. She just disappeared and has left me stranded. If you need to rely on someone to get your taxes filed, don't go here.

I needrd to get caught up on past years returns. It's a nightmare but Christine agreed to work with me. I am so grateful for the help, her assistance her knowledge and attention to detail. She caught items that would have landed me in an audit for sure. Thank you for staying current with the tax code Green Blue Tax! Way to go, I feel ten pounds lighter. I had the same experience as Heather so also posted on 8/29/19. Ms. Seung made mistakes to my 2018 return which resulted in thousands of dollars of additional IRS and Franchise back payments along with penalties, interest and late fees. After repeated unreturned calls and emails, I finally resorted to small claims court. The process took many months and hours of time going to court, paying filing fees and processing fees, producing documentation (its aggravating that the person being wronged has to go through all the trouble). Great costumer experience!!! Last year I had a complicate tax file, I had several foreigner accounts and foreigner sources of income, in addition to the local ones. It took me some time to find a tax expert that can deal with combined case like that.
