Went in at my scheduled time and waited 45 minutes to be seen. Walked in to his office only to be interrupted about a minute later by a call from a judge scolding him about something. Hangs up and tells me he can't do anything but he'll give me a "good price" ($1800) to take my case, and that cost me $100. I only went in to ask about a letter I got from Child support lol

My cousin and I had a case involving some serious charges. He hired Eduardo, I took the public defender. Throughout the day whole case all he did was ask for money. If I can recall he took around 4K from him just to persuade him on blaming me for everything. We finally took the case to trial and it was dismissed without any of his help. He's a thief and a lier. Awarded with some of the top worst lawyers in the region.

Mr. Ferszt had an appointment set for a specific time. He failed to meet that appointment time and when I called to understand why he did not meet the time he was rude. He said that he had not gathered the appropriate information. Without calling to discuss his needs, he did not show up to the scheduled meeting. He then determined we were not a good fit. I tried to explain our previous conversation and he did not remember it. He rudely claimed our arrangement was not a good fit and hung up after a 1 minute conversation. I had a time sensitive matter. I counted on his counsel and he did not follow

Worst lawyer ever. unorganized, sloppy, and a thief he asks for money on anything he can and does nothing to help your case. He was supposed to contact the person I was fighting against and he never did and claimed he had finished the case when i called to complain what was happening i found a better lawyer that solved my case and was actually known as a good lawyer in Colorado.. stay away from this thief especially latinos he seems to target us because we're easy to give up the money.

First of all the guys "receptionist" had a shirt on that said "support your local pole worker" A.K.A stripper he wasn't professional at all. Then, I met with the "lawyer" his shirt was stained with all types of food and when we finally met he basically told me there was nothing I can do. Very unprofessional.
