Both Jerry and Steve had roots in the roofing industry, having worked summers as kids and on through college roofing in their small home town of Anson, Texas. They also had years of experience in insurance prior to Andrus Brothers Roofing. Both of the Andrus brothers were insurance property adjusters and supervisors, giving them valuable knowledge of the many aspects of roofing claims.

I found ABR to be professional and am extremely pleased with the company and their customer support. I called Chris Stapp at ABR and he inspected our roof. He told me to let him know when the appraiser was scheduled and he would meet him. He and the appraiser spent a few hours inspecting the roof and coordinating with my insurance adjuster. From… that point on Chris coordinated everything with my insurance company. He assured us ABR’s crew would do a great job and they did. ABR is a great company. We are very pleased with our roof and found the project to be hassle free.

We are beyond thrilled with Andrus Brothers and our roof replacement project. Chris Stapp made the whole process easy, even helping us with the insurance company. The workers were professional and respectful. The best part? They cleaned up so well when the work was done, they left our front and back porches cleaner than before they started! Andrus Bro’s did a sub par job replacing shingles on a home that I purchased in 2012. For the last 7 years, I have been fighting leaks from the skylight anytime it rained. I called Andrus to inspect the… skylight surround and flashing, and they blamed the water from the skylight on “condensation”. After water stains formed on the ceiling, I finally had it and I ripped off the surrounding shingles, to find they did not replace or add any new flashing, ice shield, or even overlap the tar paper on the old flashing. It was obvious they quoted insurance for one price, and did
