She is empathetic, caring, and extremely talented at what she does. I have seen her now for two acute injuries and she never gave up until the injury healed and now we continue to work on quality of life and maintaining good physical health.

I have had sciatica pain off an on for about ten years now (since first pregnancy). Dr. Chad and Rena put me on a health plan to try and get me back into optimal shape for all I love doing. After about 3 months of work, I can proudly say that I am now able to run pain free, I can do all I need around the house without anymore back, hip or leg pain! Rena and Dr. Chad really know what they are talking about and they told me that their goal from the beginning was to see me less and less - which is the opposite I heard from all other chiropractors and massage therapists. I’m down to just once a month

I made a reservation for a 1pm massage. Rena Wilson wrote me back saying there was an error in scheduling and that 1pm was not available but they could do 11 , and if I would be ok with that. I said yes. Showed up to my appointment and the door was locked and the lights off. I called the number in the window three times. All I got was full voicemail. I emailed Rena Wilson back. No response yet. Total waste of my time on my one day off.

If you are in pain you need to see Rena at Step by Step. I am 54 and was injured as a child. I have struggled with neck, back and hip pain most of my life. I have seen many many therapists during the years and no one comes close to Rena’s talent. I am seeing results with her that took years with other therapists. I am beyond grateful for her dedication to her clients.

Rena was traveling when I got an awesome massage. I was having chest wall pain called costochondritis and Rena came to the rescue, helping me relieve the pain for the night so I could enjoy my team event I was attending. I would highly recommend her because she is awesome at what she does and really cares and takes care of her customers the best she can.
