Brad Pryor is the President and Founder of Rafter P Construction Inc. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he has developed a work ethic that is unmatched and implements a very 'hands on' approach. This allows him to meet with new clients and oversee our Rafter P team while having an open-door concept with his customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Brad is an active member of the community, serving as the President of the Hunt County Fair Board and as the President of the Caddo Mills ISD Education Foundation. He, also, supports local youth sports teams, as well as, area FFA & 4H organizations. Brad and his wife are proud to call Hunt County their home, raising their 4 children there, and they love spending time on their family ranch in Young County.

My family and I first had the pleasure of starting a relationship with Rafter P Construction in 2013. After researching numerous custom home barndo builders, we decided to schedule a meeting with the owner. As anyone who has ever gone through the home building process before knows, it is not for the weak - especially when it is custom.

Rafter P designed and built all of my buildings on my property including two residences, shop and a barn.
One of the houses and the barn did not have backup power (generator). During the recent brutal winter storm we lost power for four days and the outside temperature had dropped to zero. When power was restore to the residence (without backup power), the thermostat read 55 degrees!! When the water was restored there were no leaks at the house or barn. The barn piping was frozen solid and was not insulated.
Just want to says thanks to Rafter P for the excellent plumbing/insulation/construction

I contracted with Rafter P Construction to design and build a 30' x 40' metal building. Working with Rafter P was a joy... their responsiveness throughout the project as well as quality of their work was exemplary. I would not hesitate to contract with Rafter P for another construction project and highly recommend anyone else strongly consider utilizing their services.

What a unbelievable company!! I started to build a house with another builder and after a very high price and not looking like I would get the house I wanted I called Rafter-P and started what was a amazing relationship with this company. Rafter -P built me a house that I can not believe I could get. Super efficient very modern house. From the owner Brad to design with Brittany and my construction supervisor Brandon it was one of the most stress free things I have done in a long time!!!! THANKS RAFTER -P FOR THE MOST AMAZING HOUSE I COULD IMAGINE!!!

Our experience with Rafter P was uniformly excellent. From the design phase to construction to the post-build punch list, the communication was excellent, and the response outstanding. They worked well with us on our design and customization. We made changes during construction which were accommodated quickly. Quality is good. Even the septic tank people remarked on their professionalism and attention to detail.
