Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I paid for a product on March, after 2 months they were always telling me excuses of why the product wasn’t shipped yet. Every day they gave me a different date or “sorry we sent to the wrong address”. Now they don’t even answer my calls or texts and I already paid full for the product. Terrible professional

My sister decided to come home early because graduation was cancelled. She was devastated. My family wanted to surprize her with a celebration. Idealize was able to print a sign and have same day pick up. They sent me two samples and both were great options. Best customer service. So kind. We will definitely come back for future signs.
