Founder Kaycee McCoy has a wild passion and talent for digital marketing, but a decade ago she found herself working in toilet paper sales before getting a very random opportunity to start providing help to a small business owner. After a few short months she decided to officially abandon her full-time job and dive headfirst into entrepreneurship (maybe just a *smidge* sooner than she was truly ready for).

I absolutely LOVE this company. As a small business owner who is busy seeing clients all day I don’t have the time to keep up with social media posting, yet it is so important for businesses to do. Thank goodness for the Create/Captivate team. Kaycee and her team keep my social media on Facebook and IG fresh, relatable and relevant. It is so wonderful to work with a company that understands my vision and knows my voice. I never ever have to worry because I know the content will be amazing! This stand up team created a website and a logo redesign for an organization I’m a part of, and we were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, thoroughness, and creativity. They exceeded my expectations and delivered the final product 2 weeks earlier than promised, at the most reasonable of price points.
