I DO NOT recommend! We made an appointment and drove 2 hours for an inspection. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time only to find out that it would be an hour and a half before the vehicle would be inspected. There’s no point in scheduling an appointment, so don’t plan a visit here unless you have hours to waste!

This place is a Mom & Pop shop with true American values and integrity! On a cross country trip, our trucks’ water pump went bad. I called Jim’s Express to ask for emergency help! I spoke to “Chad” and he got us in ASAP!
“Eric” went above and beyond with consideration for us!!! Not only did he work on our truck, he even hooked the horse trailer back up so we didn’t have to!
This place really did save the day! Thank you Jim’s !!!

They are awesome! They always make time when my husband and I need our truck worked on, and they put up with my husband staying close and watching as they work! And the girl that works the front desk is just a delight and is funny as all get out! If you are NOT a "Do It Yourself" type, come see these guys!

My 1st visit! Time for my vehicle inspection. I called December 26th(knowing I was probably not going to get an appointment this week with it being so late in the week). They gave me an appointment for today!
I was pretty sure that my car needed work so was prepared for the news. Yes, it failed. My vehicle was thoroughly inspected. They actually offered to fix it today! The fee was more than reasonable. The work was completed within 2 1/2 hours(which, for all that needed to be done, was exceptional in my eyes)
