I'm Chef Matthew Small with ProChef Solutions. For over 26 years I have worked in the food service industry as a production chef, operations manager, culinary consultant, and educator. I strive to further the education of young culinarians as well as assist in the planning and operations of existing businesses.

I cannot speak highly enough about Mixed Handed Branding and especially the owner, Rob. Rob is very knowledgeable, creative and patient. Whatever you may lack when it comes to branding, marketing or programming, he certainly makes up for it in spades. I personally needed a lot of help in the process of creating my new website. I had a hard time nailing down an aesthetic. Rob was understanding and went to the drawing board several times in order to help me find what I was looking for. Super flaky, falling behind, awful communication! Don't use them! We had a really bad experience with them. I ignored the red flags that came up from the beginning. They kept saying things "I am sorry for the delay", "I will have something back to you by tomorrow", "I mismanaged my week and time commitments" ( I have all the emails to prove it) Once we paid they never got back to us. We had a proposal/ agreement and they missed 3 dead lines. It did have some buffer days on it and stilled missed them! We cancelled our contact with the!
