Very disappointed by how we’ve been treated over the last 3 visits in this office. The staff, starting with the front desk is highly condescending, rude with no bedside manner and they have no respect for anyone’s time. Don’t expect to even get a simple hello and expect to feel uncomfortable by how rude everyone is. I felt mom shamed during my second visit, the tone of voice that was used as they were talking to me about giving my son juices and sugary drinks was unacceptable. There isn’t a single person In that office that acted kind In any way. Needless to say I will be taking my business

I was looking for a pediatric dentist for my daughter who had numerous cavities. I came across WSPD and after reading some of the reviews I decided to give them a try and they did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and Dr Jennie is very sweet and patient. My daughter was watching her favorite show while her cavities were being filled and we walked out with a great experience.

This was my sons first visit to this office and he LOVED it. His first dentist appointment at another office was not so great, he cried the whole time. The hygienist and doctor both made him feel comfortable and at ease. He left happy and excited to see the dentist and for a 3 year old I’ll say that’s pretty good! It’s safe to say, we found our new dentist.

This visit was awesome. I had an appointment for my 2 year old twins. They graciously gave us back to back appointments so the boys could be brought in at the same time. The dental hygienist did a wonderful job of keeping the boys at ease during their cleaning. When Dr. Jeannie came to look at their teeth, she was hilarious, friendly, and knowledgeable. My sons weren’t afraid at all, even though they really don’t like their teeth being brushed. I’d recommend Wantagh-Seaford Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dentist for their kids.

Second review of this office and still nothing but positive things to say . Been there twice before and my daughter was great there . Once she hit 3 years old going to the doctor or dentist consists of tears , crawling on the floor in the office , and tons of drama. They were fantastic with her !!! Dr Jeannie is awesome!! I only wish the doctor office staff I go to was as understanding as they were!!!

Amazing hygienists, front office and dentist....
My daughter actually enjoyed her visit, and the staff was very professional and experienced working with kids......
The further steps for my daughters teeth was well layed out.....
The dentist also spent the needed time to answer my questions and give me tips.

The entire staff at Wantagh Seaford Pediatrics is amazing. We we're greeted warmly by the people at the front desk. They went exactly to our appointment and we were the only people there at that time, they checked our temperature as well as made sure we had our masks. The office was neat, clean, and brightly decorated with different child friendly artwork. The dental hygienist and Dentist we're gentle, friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter was so happy and didn't shed a single tear as she used too when we would go to her old dentist office. I am so happy and thankful for everyone at WSPD!!! A

Prepare to have your money stolen!!! Absolutely horrible service. They performed a service knowing my insurance didn't cover it and without explaining anything, billed me $75 for it. They were rude on the phone when I called and inquired about the charge afterwards. They didn't explain the service or how much it would be before doing it.
