Refinancing our condo has been a stressful process. It should have taken 8 weeks and we were in week 15 although great credit ratings and equity were excellent. When asked for additional insurance documents Brad provided them same day!! I’ve been with Prentice State Farm for 20+ years and although he wasn’t getting anything for his efforts he showed I was a valued customer. I highly recommend Brad Prentice for your insurance needs!!

I had my catalytic converter stolen from my 2011 Honda Pilot. I called and made a claim. Didn’t take long. Every time I had a question, it was answered immediately. To have something stolen from you is such an invasion. I’m so happy to know I had State Farm on my side.
Brad and his team took EXCELLENT care of me. Your staff got me right into a rental and extended it when more time was needed at repair shop for my vehicle. I didn’t have to stress anymore.

Where do I begin? I have been with Statefarm since I was 18 years old. Applying for auto, life and renters insurance was new for me as many in my family never had these type of coverages. As I got older I switched to Progressive for auto insurance. However , Jordyn R went above and beyond yesterday to help me find affordable auto insurance through Statefarm again. She never disappoints ! Not once has she ever made me feel dumb, or uncomfortable for asking her so many questions.
