At Flylisted, we've cultivated not only a capable team, but a versatile conglomerate of creatives joining the fray from various backgrounds. We take immense pride in our work and strongly believe that the synergy created with our clients breeds unheralded, all-around success. We organically built Flylisted on the heels of our personal portfolios and have continued to create content increasingly in line with the services we offer.
Flylisted, was founded in late 2018 by Paul Chareth and Evan Leith. In college, both partners picked up photography as personal hobbies and shortly thereafter, began exploring the world of drones and filming from a genuine love of creating. Over time, they acquired enough photography and video equipment that they could service a wide variety of markets.
Nothing can replace the basics. Flylisted offers interior and exterior photography of residential and commercial properties. Through all of our work, we want to let the property speak for itself. Our mission is to deliver professional, tasteful, high-quality images showcasing your property in 24 hours for standard real estate shoots.
As drone technology has steadily become more user-friendly and affordable, the standard of using aerial footage in marketing has solidified itself. Today, it's now a question of the style and composition of work. Flylisted operators take great pride in the quality of work, and with our background in photo/film, we don't sacrifice these basic components of photography and video for anything.

I recently hired Flylisted to film and edit a home tour video. They did an incredible job from start to finish. Their website walks you through the booking process quickly, clearly, and efficiently. They are fast to reach out with questions and were diligent about making sure they understood my vision for the video. Thank you for another great shoot! Fred did an amazing job making a fairly unassuming property look absolutely stunning! His interiors are crisp, clean, well appointed and artistic. When it came to the exterior he needed little to no direction and took amazing drone photos that highlight the neighborhood and the waterfront fantastically, even with snow and ice on the ground. Always a top notch professional crew!

The old saying "You only get one chance to make a first impression" couldn't be more applicable than with real estate listings. Let's be honest. The first impression a potential buyer gets isn't from their first showing - it's from the photographs and video associated with the listing entry into the MLS. Flylisted has done an outstanding job with every listing we've had them photograph. Attached are just a few from their "basic" pkg. recently used. Try to guess which one was a virtual staging. I can't think of a higher recommendation than being a repeat customer!

I had real estate pictures of my home taken by Jonathan Benton with Flylisted. He was meticulous about the pictures and had a great attention to detail. The photos were turned around in the 24 hours promised and they came out amazing!
The overall experience was better than I could have anticipated. Flylisted was great with communication and very professional. I would definitely use them again and refer others.

I worked with Paul and Evan through a video work project at YMCA Camp Coniston and they were terrific. I truly cannot say enough good things about these two men. The entire process was seamless. Prior to filming they met with us at Camp, helped up with storyboarding our video concept, and truly made our vision a reality. On filming days they were… so excellent with all the campers and even let a few kids use the equipment to film a few shots. They not only were able to provided tradition videography, but they gave us beautiful drown footage and still shots. The editing process was very quick

I’ve been in the real estate profession for about 5 years now. During this time I have used various photographers. Some photographers were better than others at certain styles of properties, one may have had an edge at editing, and others just couldn’t quite achieve that level of expectation I was looking for. The Team at FlyListed not only are a… full package for interior, exterior and aerial, but they deliver the highest quality photos I’ve ever seen. I do give minimal guidance of what I want photos of, but for the most part they know what people want to see and strive
