For the most expensive gym in the world nothing works, ever. Biggest waste of money.

I rented e-bikes on a day where the weather was on and off. I was given the bikes from Jean himself with three other friends of mine. Before I paid, I was assured by him that I would be fully refunded and that it won’t rain (this is when the skies were dark gray and gloomy). Under five minutes I taking the bikes out (learning how to use them) it started pouring, less than three miles my friends and I got. Headed back, and I was told I was going to be refunded since we did not even use the bike. Jean told me I would get refunded in 24 hours, I was not refunded. Called him for four weeks, the people

The owner and the staff are critical and rude. Horribly overpriced and it smells bad. A pretentious environment. Literally insulting. I am appalled. I will absolutely never step foot in that establishment again. Do not frequent this establishment.

The top floor does have nice equipment and views, but the rest of the gym isn’t like that at all. The staff is cold and unwelcoming. There is only one location to deadlift and it’s in the basement. The incline, flat, and decline bench are all in one machine and there are only two of them in the entire facility. I expected more for the price point.

Went in to sign up for a membership and it was like the woman at the front desk could not be bothered with it. I am aware I can sign up online. I just wanted a tour to see what I was about to pay for.

Was accused of going into the aspen location when I only had a basalt membership. They left a nasty voicemail without confirming it was me. When I called back and told them I've never once been to the aspen location they proceeded to tell me I was lying and they have me on camera. Come to find out it was a female not me on camera a male and told me they would give me a free month to my gym in basalt and the aspen location. This month I was charged and when I called the aspen location to understand why? They proceeded to tell me it was only for the aspen location even though I've never

Brilliant gym! Equipment is great and the gym is so big with plenty of space to workout, it has two levels. Lots of cardio machines and the weight sections are awesome. Highly recommend! Upstairs has a great view of the mountains too.

Very rude staff! Called about freezing or cancelling my membership due to COVID-19. Was initially told how to cancel my membership online but when I was unable to find the link I sent an email requesting assistance to which I never got a response. Was charged again this morning so made another phone call. The woman I spoke to interrupted me every time I tried to speak. Never allowed me to finish a sentence and now I've paid for an additional month that I will not be using as I am not comfortable going to a gym during this time.

Very well appointed gym...anything you want to do to work out you can find it here. The gym is kept very well maintained and perfectly clean.

I went only as a guest for a few days as I was in Aspen for vacation. The gym is great - the people however are certainly not welcoming to visitors.

Is this the BEST gym I have ever been to? No. That being said, I knew that going in. I have lived and traveled all over the world, so I was aware of what I was walking in to. This is a zero frills, very overpriced facility, but it's Aspen, so I wasn't shocked.

This gym, absolutely, needs to update the upstairs locker rooms. They charge more for the upstairs, and I wouldn't shower there if my life depended on it. Take care of the people who are supporting the ridiculous prices. Take a cue form gyms like Equinox.

That being said, JR and Bernadette are EXCELLENT trainers

I joined yesterday and paid $158 for a month membership. I went in this morning at 7:45am and 10 minutes later I was accosted by a very rude employee named Kathy who shamed me for not knowing the weekend hours. It was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced and I wish I had joined another gym. Jean Roberts is not worth the price and I highly recommend going to Aspen REC center instead.

I have been trying to cancel this membership for two months but have not had any luck with their 'billing office'. The employees are not very helpful with trying to assist with this issue either besides being able to offer you a number to call. If you're looking to workout in Aspen go to the Aspen Rec center or The Gym of Aspen.

Avoid. The pool was filthy, my wife complained, and when I called they said it was salt, as if my wife couldn't tell the difference! We asked for our money back for the week-long membership and they responded they don't give refunds. So, fithly and bad customer service--great combination!

If you're looking to get a massage - GO ELSEWHERE. "Kayla" at the front desk is a true nightmare to even have a conversation with. My mother in law purchased me a massage for my 30th birthday. When I called to make an appt, Kayla told me someone already came to pick up my gift card (funny considering my MIL lives all the way across the country in Connecticut). When I said they must have mistakenly given my gift card away to someone else, I was called a liar and accused of coming in to get it myself. I decided to go get the massage and deal with it after. I found they charged my card

I agree with Aaron E. Poor service. I came in for a massage and was told on the phone that I could use their shower, "but if we catch you in the pool area it will be $35." Massage wasn't worth it either, but that happens. Was more put off by how I was treated.

Not surprisingly, Aspen didn't have a Planet Fitness. Since my hotel didn't have a gym (what?!) I was forced to find alternate locations to work out.

Of the 5 day passes I got, I was only able to use one. I got the flu shortly after I arrived and spent the rest of my trip sick and/or recovering.

BUT my time here was awesome. This place has a deceivingly large footprint for the relatively small area it takes up. A good portion of the gym is underground, but don't let that deter you.

Upstairs: A nonchalant mixture of cardio, machines, free weights, training, and one of the

What a great Gym! The top floor is especially clean, almost unnaturally clean for a gym. I love it not only for the variety of very modern equipment, but for the lack of waiting. Aside from training with friends, I have never waited for a machine. This gym is extremely private and quiet. The spa with massage therapists, steam room, sauna, and cool plunge are a perfect compliment to the workout. Since the gym is essentially many separate areas, it also really makes it feel like a full package.

I really like the two different atmospheres of the 3 levels of the gym. The 3rd floor has awesome high tech equipment, I personally favor the treadmills that have virtual hiking tours and the espresso bike with games on it to play. The 3rd floor also has awesome view of Aspen Mountain (inspires me to hike!). The 2 lower levels of the gym have more of an underground gym feeling, great equipment, i love the leg press! When I don't know how to do an exercise, Jean Robert is always around to come to the rescue! Also, Bernadette's classes are fun and they kick my butt every time! I got an amazing massage
