I've been with State Farm for several years and always have a pleasant expierence with whatever my needs are. Also I want to say that Michelle A is so great to work with. She's very knowledgeable and love talking to her. She goes above and beyond her job to help customers! This employee needs to be recognized for a job well done! Kayla Parker was awesome. Took care of exactly what I needed and was helpful and knowledgeable. I was in a hurry and called 15 minutes before their office closed and she never acted like she was rushed or rushing me. I don't live in the area of my agent anymore but so glad I contacted them. Can't say enough about how great Kayla was and how quickly she handled everything I needed.
