Our roof had been leaking in several spots so we had 3 roofers come out to give us bids. Mr. Molina with DJ Roofing was the only one to find that the leaking roof had led to pooling water underneath our flat roof. I believe he correctly identified the problem that we needed to have metal flashing installed around all of our vents and chimney. The other 2 roofing companies did not identify this problem. They were able to schedule us for the next week which was great as well given the upcoming monsoon season. I would recommend these roofers!

DJ Roofing came recommended by a friend, but they failed to show up for an appointment for an estimate. I tried contacting them repeatedly to reschedule and Marianne either ignored me or shined me on with a "we'll try to get out there today/tomorrow" answer. Skip them for someone who's more responsive.

We hired DJ Roofing to handle roof repairs this week. They came highly recommended by realtor friends, & we are more than pleased at the work they have done with a fair & detailed bid. They did NOT try to talk us into doing repairs that weren't necessary like Roof Smart did, tell us we needed to pay someone else to take down our 75' gutter then pay to put them back up before & after roof repairs done, & found a basketball size (if not larger) hole in our roof which Roof Smart should have found a few years ago when we hired them to do previous repairs.
