Mike has been our family insurance agent for as long as I can remember. Our extended family continues to use Mike for our insurance needs as we move to different parts of Minnesota. Besides always being there when we need him he has constructed a phenomenal staff that takes care of our needs and knows us all by name. Mike brings a personal touch that you don't see that often in the insurance world.

I have been a customer with this office for around 6 years and will be a customer for the foreseeable future. I moved to the Twin Cities from Hutchinson almost 4 years ago but the customer service I get from here is absolutely amazing so I stayed a customer :) Thank you!

They continue to do everything, from quotes, changes, questions, etc. , through email or phone, all while conveying a personal touch and complete knowledge of my situation.
