Why pay for someone to do your taxes and help with tax issues when they don't call back or respond to emails. When you finally get ahold of them they don't give any help as to where to get any info. So dissatisfied with Jennifer's service. We will be taking our whole family's business elsewhere. How can you not care? It's not your money so why care right? So sad. Follow through is horrible. Still waiting for my call and email to be returned and we are on day 7! And that's working days. Now I have to call the IRS myself. Isn't that what I paid you to do? Absolutely horrible. I've been coming here since 2011. Staff are friendly and Kris does a great job with my personal and business taxes. I generally drop my taxes off and will get a call the same day if I'm missing any documents. They usually finish my tax within a week. This is a business that gets to know you and does not treat you like a number or a stranger. I highly recommend this place.
