Came by while driving across the country in need of an oil change and tire rotation. Called in on a weekday afternoon and they were able to take care of me on short notice. Friendly and relaxed, they let me hang out in the garage with the techs and entertained my questions about the work they were doing and unrelated parts of my car. We were travelling from our home in Washington State to our grand-daughters graduation in Florida. We had a 100,000 mile service performed by our local mechanic prior to our leaving. As we were driving east of Price, our car began running rough, the check engine light came on and there were several malfunction messages flashing in our driver information center. We returned to Price and ended up at John's Auto Tech and Tire. Travis listened to our story and noted that the OBC code showed a cylinder misfire. He took the time for the job he was already working on and researched what might be wrong

I was traveling through the area when my AC broke down. John's got right on it by ordering a part that had to be brought out from SLC. They had me back on the road the very next day. Prices were very reasonable, everyone there was very knowledgeable, and they were so friendly. I highly recommend John's Auto Tech and Tire.
