Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is the most common approach to getting a fresh financial start. Most chapter 7 cases are 'no asset' cases, meaning you don't own anything valuable enough for a bankruptcy trustee to take and liquidate. Most personal property such as clothes, guns, furniture, vehicles, and even homes are exempt from liquidation under Utah state law.
Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is a plan you and your attorney create to help you reorganize your secured debts and discharge most if not all of your unsecured debt. Secured debts are debts attached to your home, cars, tax liens, and others. Just like in a chapter 7 bankruptcy, debtors can get rid of most or all of their unsecured debts, which include credit cards, medical bills, payday loans, personal loans, old taxes, and many others.

These ladies and gentlemen absolutely awesome!! Respectful, honest and got straight and to the point. Didn't fill like I was talked down to. Even tho they weren't able to represent me due to certain circumstances they still took the time to do what they could to help, made a couple calls on my behalf and pointed me in a good direction and gave me some great advice!!
