Cory R. Franklin, Owner & President, began the firm in Beverly Hills in 2009. Cory is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20+ years of tax and accounting experience. Prior to launching Cory Franklin & Associates, Inc., Cory was the Director of Taxes & Audits at a mid-sized CPA firm in Los Angeles where he performed substantial tax planning, compliance, and accounting services.
He worked primarily with high net worth individuals and small to mid-sized companies within a number of industries and professions. He was also responsible for successfully representing many of the firm's clients in IRS and state agency tax audits. Additionally, he performed extensive tax research on numerous IRS and state level tax advisory issues and provided written opinions and solutions on these issues.
