I received a Mayan Abdominal Massage from Stacey. It was one of the best bodywork experiences I have had. Stacey's intuitive hands felt warm, comforting and therapeutic, and she provided some valuable instructions for me to follow up at home.

I became a certified Hypnotherapist in the Spring of 2019. I have been excited and fascinated to realize how strongly hypnotherapy relates to creative visualization, some types of meditation, shamanic healing and utilizing the power of the mind/body connection to heal, all of which, I have been exploring since the early 1990s.
This massage utilizes Deep tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Acupressure and Stretching in order to increase the circulation, the flow of energy, break up adhesions and lengthen contracted muscle tissue for the purpose of reducing pain and inducing a deep state of relaxation. Each massage is unique and depends on what each client requests and needs.
I found Stacey serendipitously, and am very glad I did. At the time, I was having nearly debilitating menstrual cramps. After just a few sessions of Maya abdominal massage, that issue has been resolved. I continue to see her for therapeutic massages to augment my chiropractic therapy. I have referred friends to her which is the best recommendation I can give.

Stacey has done an amazing job with me as my hypnotherapist. Let me start off with the fact that I have been a skeptic when it comes to hypnosis and or hypnotherapy and the results people claimed to get from having it. I never would have believed that hypnotherapy has giving me the results I've have had!!!
