I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. After using them last year and having a question about my employer misfiling my state taxes and whether it would be best to have my employer correct the filing, they changed me for 2 hours of time and I still had to have my employer fix it. My tax preparation costs were high but I paid them because when I asked they said the only way to answer my question was to spend the time prepping the taxes both ways. Fine. This year, I went to use them again and because I had the audacity to ask for a ballpark estimate of the preparation costs beforehand
