Robert Sinesi Law Firm
Being pulled over is a hassle. Most people think it will be easier to just pay the ticket and move on. Unfortunately, this is usually not the case. Along with having to attend court proceedings, paying a ticket means you will have a violation on your driving record for years into the future, increasing future ticket fines and insurance premiums.

Let the Syracuse traffic ticket lawyer at Robert Sinesi Law Firm help you protect your driving record. We offer free consultations and decades of experience to help you avoid the consequences that come from admitting guilt for a traffic violation. Call us before making any decisions about paying a ticket.
Services
At Robert Sinesi Law Firm, we believe in employing good, genuine people at our firm. Each staff member is personable and committed to providing our clients with unparalleled legal representation while making you as comfortable as possible. Traffic tickets don't have to cause stress. Our firm strives to handle everything for our clients.
Most of us are subject to a traffic violation citation at some point. These citations not only cost you in terms of fines but they also add unwanted points to your driving record, which can lead to license suspensions and increases in insurance premiums. Paying your ticket is an admission of guilt and essentially closes your case.
Under Sections 1225-C and 1225-D of the Vehicle and Traffic codes, it is unlawful to talk or text on a hand-held cell phone or any other portable device while driving. Received a cell phone ticket in NY? Contact our cell phone ticket lawyer in Syracuse at (315) 514-3033 to discuss your case in a free consultation today.
As a commercial driver, a conviction of 2 serious traffic violations within a 3-year time period will result in the loss of your license for 60 days. If you are convicted of 3 serious traffic violations within that time frame while driving a commercial vehicle, you will lose your license for 120 days.
Unfortunately, speeding tickets are common across New York State. If you have been pulled over and cited for speeding, you have a choice: pay the fines and plead guilty to face the consequences, or fight back with the help of an experienced Syracuse speeding ticket defense lawyer. At Robert Sinesi Law Firm, we have been defending drivers across the state against traffic violations of all types for 25 years.

As a Canadian citizen, I want to thank Robert and his team for doing a great job on my son`s speeding ticket and get it reduced to a non moving violation ticket. Which saved him on demerit points and insurance premiums. Fantastic job. I recommend his law firm no questions asked.

I am a Canadian citizen who was caught speeding in upstate New York. I am unfamiliar with how traffic courts operate in New York and I wanted professional assistance answering the charges brought against me. I contacted Robert and we discussed my situation. My main concern was preserving my otherwise spotless driving record and avoiding any increase in my insurance premiums. Imagine my elation when his secretary Carol sent me the following message:
"Bob was able to get your 4-point ticket reduced to a no-point, non-moving violation, which is also no-demerit points. Your Ontario license and insurance
