Will Sunner is a Fellow of Applied Functional Science through The Gray Institute and has been working as a personal trainer since 2009.
Semi-private personal training provides all of the benefits of one-on-one training but you share the floor with up to 3 others. Perform your program under the supervision of a certified coach in a motivating training environment! Hybrid training blends in-gym training with our online personal training service.
There are no secret fads or shortcuts when it comes to weight loss. A sincere commitment to a sustainable lifestyle change is the necessary foundation for long term success. Our weight loss method is rooted in reality, science and hard work!. I joined Compass Fitness in February of 2021 as I graduated from physical therapy after knee surgery. I could not be more happy with this decision and my decision to continue working out at Compass for the long term. The small group atmosphere allows for plenty of one on one attention and training throughout a session. These guys are extremely knowledgeable about the body and love to share this knowledge with their clients. Not only is time taken to show clients how to perform a new exercise but the guys also take the time to discuss how this will help to achieve the desired results. Regardless

I need to stay strong for this little guy! I love the training I receive at Compass. It's more comprehensive than physical therapy and more individualized than the gym or large classes. I've seen people of all ages and skills there. so you don't need to be uncomfortable going in.

Scott & Will are awesome. The team listens to your needs and creates a program tailored to what YOU want. Excellent knowledge of how the body works and how to address your problem areas. They're able to train college athletes (like my daughter) and middle age chair warriors (like me) to meet our respective goals without pressure to add sessions
Great facility - clean, fresh, and conveniently located in West Ashley. Very happy with my choice of trainers!

Scott and Will are fantastic trainers. They always keep it fun and easy going.
I am an older male and needed help to start training to keep age at bay. Scott and Will designed a great custom plan after careful consideration. They kept me motivated to go through and adjusted the plan as I got better.
I owe a great deal of gratitude to them for my fitness level. I could not recommend them more!

I joined Compass fitness for a few reasons. I had some old injuries from Crossfit many years back that needed a targeted workout plan to get back into shape. I like that they have a clearly defined space with excellent cleaning and adequate space between trainees. It feels like a secure place to workout during the pandemic. And lastly, Will and Scott aren’t the type of trainer that try to make you puke or be unable to move for 3 days. Since joining Compass Fitness in August, Will and Scott have been my trusted advisors, to help me work towards my fitness and wellness goals.
