We proudly offer printer support services in the Raleigh-Durham (Triangle, RDU) area of North Carolina. Additional trip charge may apply - please contact us for details. Customers are welcome to ship or drop off equipment to our service facility during business hrs M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
We charge $49 for a Repair Estimate and will apply this amount towards either the repair cost quoted (based on labor rates above) or cost of product replacement (if more economical).

PrinterStop provides fast on-site and depot HP printer repair services, printer copier repair, laser printer services, printer maintenance, laser printer servicing, and HP printer repairs. Located in Raleigh NC we service and repair laser printers, copiers, Zebra label printer and HP Designjet plotters in the Triangle Area.
PrinterStop stands behind the quality and condition of all our products including refurbished HP printers, refurbished color laser printers and refurbished laser printers. Most items are covered by our standard 90 day warranty or the mfg warranty. We will be happy to repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective product within its warranty period.

With the intent of sharing how happy I am I need to share that a did buy a product that came damaged, which happened in shipping and no questions asked they shipped me a new one. The guys at PrinterStop pretty much know the entire world of desktop and workgroup printing. They have great service, a huge selection of equipment, and can tackle most any problem you throw at them, from repairs to wide format. I called them from because of the Google ad, from that first moment they were more than happy to help me work through all of my printer troubles. They even had a swap out program that saved us a pile of money over buying new. Most IMPORTANTLY they did not just hand us the equipment and tell us "good luck with it" , they came to my office installed the printers and made sure we were good to go.

For more than 8 years, van products has used laser support services for copier/office machine needs! We have always received superior service from Craig!! Prices are always competitive, but the service has been amazing! I always recommend Laser to all my business friends. The Printer-Stop treated me with respect as a small business owner and made sure I received a good price. I purchased a refurbished printer. When I returned to buy a second one to replace another old printer I had, they actually sold me a very inexpensive cable and explained how to use it. This saved me from a large purchase. For a small business owner on a tight budget, this type of service and savings can be a big boost. I was relieved to know I wouldn't have a big expense. I will use them again and refer others as well.
