My rates were always changing after Gloriana left. Nancy who I guess now takes control of some things knows nothing about my policy and whenever I ask a question she never knows the answer to it. It is very frustrating from going from someone who always knows my policy and can answer any question to Nancy who never knows what she's talking about. Changed agents and I would suggest the same.

I Have been a customer of St. Farm for 55 years, yes, 55 years. i moved from Pa to Fl and to Orlando in 1994. many many offices to deal with. i hate to contradict but i have never been treated rudely or with any disrespect by anyone in this office on the contrary they have gone out of there way to make me comfortable. Denise and Glenn have always been accommodating to my needs and the customer service has always been EXCELLENT.

The one year I spent as a customer of this office was filled with abhorrent customer service incompetence in the entire policy process. I've had four different SF agents as I move around the country, but this office remains the absolute worst representation of what an insurance agent should be. Pick any other agent is the area and you'll be better off.

After many years of being insured with Glenn Ritchie and never having to file a claim, an accident happened and claim needed to be filed. Throughout the horrendous process Glenn Ritchie hasn't returned over 7 requests to contact me. He has not once called or emailed to check on our family post the accident. Every time 8 call his office he has either left for the day, is on a long phone call, in a meeting or on vacation. I have never seen nor spoken to the man. If you want an agent who will actually be there for you, I suggest you look else where. Glenn Ritchie shows no care for his clients
