It never ceases to amaze me how much our life experiences help us to become who we are. My name is Stepheny. I founded Brain Body Nourishment Therapies because of my own experience in therapy when I needed help as a survivor of military sexual trauma. I learned that a truly good therapist understands a lot more about life and how to help people than what they were taught in school.
My focus begins where you are. Often times we begin with a scientific and contemplative approach to Brain Health and its foundational role in mental health. Other times we begin with other assessments. As a brain health therapist trained in the Amen method and through The Academy for Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition, you and I will work together to understand the biological underpinnings that influence the struggles you are experiencing.
I accept payment from Health Savings Accounts and Medical Flex spending accounts when they utilize a credit card format to disperse payment. I also accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Please make payment through your client portal online which will be set up for you before we meet.
