I came from Ewa Beach to have my vehicle serviced at Automotive Car Care Center. I've tried Lex Brodie's, Goodyear, and Midas, but none of them compare when it comes to overall service, cost, and repair time without compromising quality. Despite not having an appointment, they took my car in, replaced the valve cover gaskets that were leaking oil, and had my car back on the road within 5 hours. Another bonus is that there's plenty to do in the area while you wait.

Kaeo did everything in his power to make things right after another employee made a mistake while servicing my transmission. which I really appreciate. Kaeo is a great mechanic who stands behind his work.

My repair was rejected by another garage very close to this location for how "complicated it was" the other garage had quoted me $500+ and requested that I leave the vehicle overnight which forced me to make arrangements with a friend to take me back home. The next day I got a call telling me that due to the technical complexity the tech was "uncomfortable" preforming the repair.
The same friend took me over to Pearlridge with my still broken car and I got on Yelp to look for a. . .better. . .option, needless to say since we were more or less across the street from this garage

I never write reviews so this is major for me. I’ve been here so many times and every single time I come here it’s quick, they’re not there to waste time, it’s affordable and what makes this place unique is they actually explain to you what the issue was and how they fixed it in detail. Out of all the mechanics I’ve been to in my life, this place has repaired my car the most and in such a short amount of time. This place is one of those rare gems. I recommend it to literally everyone I know who has potential car issues.

Highly recommend this shop! My oil light indicated I was very overdue for a change and I was really stressed trying to find a place that had availability at the last minute. They answered the phone and got me in right away! My car was done in under an hour and I really appreciated how kind and professional everyone was. There wasn't any push for extra services like many other shops do. They even notice my tire pressure light was on and filled my tires at no additional charge. Definitely will return! Thank you for your help today!

Bless everyone here. Went in to get the steering checked on my Honda. The crew made the extra effort to not only fix it, but take care of the loud noise it was making. I only have my van serviced at this establishment. I have 6 kids and I can depend on them to have my van running smoothly and safely. They are efficient and reliable. Roy and Laura are very honest and caring. They treat everyone with respect and kindness and their service is exceptional. I trust any service needs for my van to their auto shop. I needed my AC fixed ASAP. The warm air that was blowing was absolutely killing my Friday afternoon. Roy, Laura and the team at ACCC to the rescue! My car was ready for pick up in 1.5 hours. Grumpy mood cooled! Not sure what happen but they were great at first time I took my car there, very helpful and professional until I had to bring the car back a few time for the same repair they did.
the fist time I took my car there, they said that the mechanic at the dealer didn't know what they doing, the second time I took my car back they said that the parts he used was faulty and third time he said that the design of the component is terrible and said that this always happen to this type of car and said he will not repair the next time around.

Had my power window control power panel checked. Was told my switch is bad. For my Toyota Tacoma. Was quoted $400.00 for part from servco mapuna puna. I told Roy no when I can get it for $27.00 on line. So I go to pickup my truck. I said to Roy, when I buy the switch can you install it? Roy says, No I'm not making any money on your truck. I am so thankful for everything they have done for me. Last year my car's Check Engine light came on. I called around and everyone was telling me that it would take them 2 days Just to do a diagnostics. I called Automotive Car Care Center, they could get a diagnosis done faster. They were able to get my car in fast, fixed, and ready to go in under 4 hours and to top it off the price was not bad!!! Today they were my savers. Aloha. We've been to ACCC multiple times after being referred by a trusted friend and have been pleased with the remarkably rapid emergency repairs and routine maintenance. ACCC is now our go-to for auto needs. I saw a negative ad about Roy telling one owner her car was done. Roy just said the same about our 2006 Chrysler - but knowing the car's history I concur. If it's not safe, I don't want my family driving it. Mahalo for the honesty and integrity, Roy, when you could easily have slapped a band aid and sent us back on the road.
