I was Recently a tenant of one the properties managed. By Jill, I was faced with some hardships and challenges created by the pandemic emergency. Jill was not only understanding my issue but she also was the perfect Liaison between myself and the actual property owner.

I was trying to rent a property as I’m moving to the area, and I found one I was interested in that was represented by this company. I called the office, emailed the realtors and requested information on every app to which I was referred and never got a response. I then met with a woman with Century 21 who helped me schedule a tour. She received the codes to get into the house, but once we got there the codes didn’t work. We called several times on site and no one answered. Hours later we were informed by this woman at Century 21 that this realty company secretly changed the codes after confirming

This company is unprofessional and lacks consideration. My real estate agent, a new agent at that who seems to be more professional, and considerate scheduled our appointment for Saturday afternoon. The appointment was confirmed by this company on Thursday afternoon. On Friday afternoon, the company pulled the appointment claiming that the tenants only allow appointments during a certain time. That change came about on Friday. This is in poor taste because the company should have honored previously scheduled appointments. People's lives don't revolve around your schedules. Jill and Matt have Wonderful personalities they have a yearly picnic for all past clients and current clients of mdc reality, they allowed us to come enjoy their festivities with everyone despite us not being past or current clients. Matt and Jill are awesome! Their patience and hospitality is unmatched. I never once felt rushed or swayed in any direction and they took the time and effort to get a good understanding of what I was looking for. Their schedule always seemed to fit mine.
