Switched to Profit Matters for 6 months leaving a reputable firm, now headed back to that firm.
What they did for the company:
They handled book keeping, bill pay, quickbooks, and financials.
Cost:
$2250 a month for the service + another $260 added on later because they forgot to charge us for another feature.
Issue:
Pay very close attention to your contract and hold them to it, if you don't they will push everything back. In 6 months we received 2 financial reports, contractually it was to be monthly.
They use Bills.com. here is how that works. Your staff scans the bills and uploads it
