Today is my last day in one of their rentals. I am moving to allentown. I have to say we planned on buying a house through kingsway, actually several properties but our mind changed. We rented a unit from them and at first I thought it was alright. It did bother me a little since I was renting from them that I had to do all the research and figure out what utilities we'd have, but whatever. Neighborhood busters! Kingsway (specifically Kim Latshaw) is responsible for renting the unit next to us in a condo/townhouse community that is made up of mostly home owners. They found the worst tenants possible, putting 6 kids and 2 adults in a 2 bedroom house with an attic. They made an unbelievable amount of noise, the "father" shouting and yelling at the kids, cursing, and what sounded like playing dodge ball with a cannon ball every night around 8-9PM. I lived in NYC for 25 years and never heard this kind of noise. When we called Kingsway to complain about their tenants, they accused

Purchased my home from Jim Shearer. Incredible Experience. Jim found my perfect house for my wife and I. He talked the seller down 15k and I moved into my house with 8k in immediate equity. I paid under appraisal value which is very unheard of in today's competitive market.
