Graphic Ideals is a full-service documentation and printing company that has provided expert digital printing services in Phoenix to industries across the board since 1990. Throughout the years, we have worked hard to build a dedicated team of knowledgeable professionals who have over 200 years of print, graphics, reprographic services and documentation experience including business document printing.
Alice and Gene Maro left a family printing company in Chicago in 1985. As AlphaGraphics franchisees for twenty years, the Maros and their business became known for their personal approach to printing-knowing and liking their customers, and treating each job like it was their own. In 2012 Graphic Ideals was born; in 2013, we lost Gene.

I love this place. I've been a customer of theirs since 1995. The staff is always helpful and the quality of work they produce cannot be beat. I can't say enough about this place. Incredible service. I called ahead of time for a quote to have two workbooks spiral bound and was told it would probably be an hour - which sounded infinitely better than the "maybe overnight" quote from Office Max.
Quickly shuttled the kids over to drop off the books - and one of the fantastic workers quickly bound my books in less than 10min. Probably in 5 minutes. I know, it's not a difficult process, but man. It's like he saw the look in my eyes with two toddlers and he just made my life so much easier. Not to mention the price was much less than what I was expecting

Graphic Ideals constantly comes through for me, they have amazing customer service (Lena) and the quality is fantastic. They are eager to take on all my small or large jobs and have been overly accommodating to tight deadlines. I also love that they can deliver to me at my office. I would NEVER consider going somewhere else.

When I needed fliers made to distribute at Pat's Run, I called around to get pricing and Graphic Ideals (known as AlphaGraphics at the time) was above and beyond the best. In addition, their staff was friendly and efficient...
I went back and forth with the # of finished fliers I needed and I had to get several estimates. I spoke several times to Lena - you would think with my many phone calls, she would get annoyed, but she was patient with me and even went so far as to give me her cell phone so I could call her after hours if necessary.
Needless to say, the fliers turned out great!
