Money is more important than the customer! ! They will collect your money without approval. If I had read their reviews I never would have done business! After posting this review Internet Local Listing tried to do damage control and refund my money the damage had already been done. Refunding the money would not fix the damage!

Internet local listing is a fake company, we signed up last year with them, they promised us for a lot we got nothing, their sales persons are professional lairs, three month after we signed up the contract and we didn't see any
One of the issues that we faced that when we called to let them know we are not on the first page they send a report that we are on the first page and they said that we didn't search correctly.
Also when asked to gain access to the account they refused and gave us a hard time until we talked to one of the managers and we took the domain name back to us.

Hey I get it they use a robo dialing system to get you on the phone. Yes, they got my business like that too, but their service is GREAT! I was on the front page of Google and my business has prospered from me spending a reasonable monthly amount. I have no idea why people are saying negative things about Internet Local Listings my experience has been 5 start all around.

One of the first and only bad reviews I have ever written. I also got a robo call. they had a good sales pitch. I signed up with them because their pitch and website says they offer a 45 day guarantee for front page Google placement. After 3 months I had nothing. When I complained they did not contact me back. When I got ahold of them after multiple calls and emails, the customer service team headed by Brooke, told me that they needed a few more day and then a few more days until another month went by. The worst experience ever !!!! Do not get signed up with them, it would be a huge mistake.
Costumer service lacks of experience in treating people with respect. All that they want is to get money. I had calls back and forth for about 4 months...4 months of Hell... they overcharged me every month and every month after long conversations, they would reimburse...until i gave up and wanted to get out.
Price tag for getting out was $199.00.
After about 3 months of service, i was promised $99/month. When i asked them about it, the response was.." i dont see that in my notes, sorry."

Internet local listings Told me everything I wanted to hear then when I was helpless in there contract there attitude changed and was only worried about how much more money they could get out of me after charging my car for more than the contract amount and told me if I cancelled it they will send me to collections. They told me they can't give me my money back and will be charging me a cannceling fee due to already starting my web site. Got a robocall from them yesterday. They were very deceptive right from the beginning. The recording was if a woman claiming to be a "Google Specialist" and said to press 1 to update my listing on Google. When I pressed 1, I was transferred to a sales rep who started asking all sorts of questions about my business and website. After a while I had to interrupt him and ask who he really worked for. I already knew when I first answered the phone that they weren't Google. Google never cold calls people. However to the uninformed, this could be very misleading. They never told me who they really were

This company promises to get your company on the first page of google, but beware, that can meet that they get you on the first page for a few seconds and then they fulfill their promise! This company does not care about you as a human being or client. They took hundreds of dollars from me and yet I did not make a dime off of their services. They cared nothing about the fact that the relationship only succeed on their end and not mine. I have a small insurance agency so my marketing budget is not anything to brag about. By that I mean I usually will buy leads very rarely and am the kind of person who runs mostly on word of mouth.
I heard about Internet Local Listings through a friend and did some research, they seemed like an ok company, good reviews, good BBB, good pricing, nice reps so I gave them a shot for three months, why not right?
I can say that may have been the best $900 I have ever spent, in just three months I have gained an additional client or at least a phone call for a quote everyday after being listed.

I have tried to use the, "opt out" option on their automated phone solicitation and they continue to call. I have talked to an operator/salesperson requesting my number be removed from their list. This person was just rude and kept telling me to try it and started yelling at me. The calls still continue and I am at a loss as to what to do. I do not understand why telemarketers can and do get away with the harassment they do. I thought there were laws in place to prevent this and protect folks that do not want to be bothered. Apparently telemarketing is not very regulated.
