Great customer service, they aren’t one insurance company, they find you the cheapest from several different companies. I called other places and the quote I got was higher than the one Mace gave me. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. Family owned and operated and you definitely feel that walking in!

Kip, Lisa, Jordey, and the whole staff at Mace Insurance are top notch! No matter what my issue they take care of it or direct me to the person that can! They have been doing our business and personal insurances a few years now, and we are just as happy today as when they saved us so much money when changing originally! Searching for new insurance companies is a major headache for me. Luckily a friend recommended Mace Insurance and I'm glad he did. The Customer Service is phenomenal! I've been able to get quick responses whether I call or email. Kip is always very friendly and more than eager to help!. I'm very happy with the change.

I've had a few insurance policies over the years, Nationwide, Allstate and Farm Bureau. Nationwide was good but constantly raising prices, Allstate is bad all the way around and Farm Bureau is a joke but these guys are top notch, they always have been. I have recommended people to them and they have all been satisfied with the rates and services provided. When you call, someone always answers and any issue is taken care of quickly and professionally. Give these guys a call, you won't regret it.
