What type of questions should I be expected to answer when I'm applying for an insurance policy? Why do insurance companies need so much information?. When you apply for an insurance policy, you will be asked a number of questions. For example, the agent might ask you your name, age, gender, address, etc.
The CDI is the agency which has authority over how the insurance industry conducts business within California, and licenses and regulates the rates and practices of insurance companies, agents, and brokers in the state. State agency responsible for the registration of motor vehicles and boats and the issuance of driver's licenses in the U.S. state of California.

Great service all the way. I had a water leaking at my kitchen and called the sales guy. He made a rapid service, and an insurance company I had a policy with gave me a call right away and could claimed my case successfully. Insurance company explained to me the process what I go next and things completed just within 2 hours. Claim department took a good care and advised me what I should have. If something happens to you, this company makes a serious rescue what you really need.

I'm extremely unhappy with my agent right now. I have emailed and messaged him numerous times for a quote and he can't even be considerate enough to respond. I understand that he may be busy, but at least give me the courtesy of either telling me he doesn't have the time or that he will get back to me when he gets the chance. A quick text is all it takes... Anyhow, I'll leave the one star until I get a response. Maybe that will get his attention.

Actually I have very bad experience with Tsuneishi insurance so I changed AHTKY insurance because my friends recommended.
They are very nice and very good knowledge about insurance.
They are Always helping very quick .

I wanted to shop around for life insurance, as I had been with the same company for several years and wasnt sure if I was getting the best rate. I was so happy to work with Darrin K. to not only get a better policy BUT I also save more than 50% on my monthly fee!

I'm finally getting around to writing this this review for AHTKY Insurance and our Agent Eric Koyanagi. Initially I began with a Life Policy in June of 2017 which Eric was able to save me $1400 annually over another company for the same exact coverage with one of the big names. So when it came time to renew our auto & homeowners we compared prices and he was able to save us another $900 per year from our previous Insurance Company with more over all coverage for our home which is so important.

Everytime I've had to call this insurance agency, I always receive top notch customer service. There's always such a warmth to everyone I speak to. Our insurance agent is Darrin, and he's great. Even if he doesn't know something, he'll somehow attain the information and get right back to us. I respect that. I got into a minor issue with knocking off someone's side mirror and Darrin really stepped in as the middle man to take care of as much as he possibly could. I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone I know.

I got my insurance through AHTKY with Garrett. There are a lot of things that I really loved about working with them. Mr. Yutaka Anegawa at AHTKY takes care of my office insurance and auto insurance for my family. His service is exceptional. He is honest, responsive and knowledgeable. I've been with this Japanese insurance company as long as I can remember. I remember when they were on Redondo Beach Blvd. They have grown in size but the customer service is top notch. Anytime I call, their staff is very responsive to my needs. They return calls and emails immediately. Why can't everyone do this?
