This company is hands down the best way for designing and customizing merchandise! I am a middle school teacher who needed shirts for a small club I had just started on campus, but I wanted the shirts to be something the kids would excited to wear, and Pilot Prints allowed for just that. The kids and I spent about half an hour during two of our sessions playing around with the designer tool on the website to come up with what turned out to be amazing shirts. We ordered some shirts from them, they were patient along the way as we were deciding which design to use. There were some very small hiccups along the way (proof came back a few times with minor errors) but the staff was responsive and correctly them quickly. One shirt came back with a paint spill, and they were quick to fix it an offer a new shirt at no cost. I'd go back and probably will for future services.
