The little Warriors program introduces preschoolers to Tae Kwon Do through a curriculum of fun and interactive games. The Kids program introduces age 6-12 years old to improve mental focus, have good fitness habits, grow good attitude, build self-confidence, and learn self-protection. Teens and Adults programs include the Basic Beginner and the Black Belt club Curriculums as well.

Services
The little Warriors program introduces preschoolers to Tae Kwon Do through a curriculum of fun and interactive games. While teaching the basic fundamentals of martial arts, your child will learn to "Focus the Eyes, Focus the Mind and Focus the Body" which encourages discipline and self-control. We use fun agility drills and games to help to develop motor skills, balance and hand- eye coordination with the aid of colors, shapes and sound targets.
This program is designed for students with little or no martial arts training. One-on-one and small group sessions help to acclimate students to Martial Arts in a safe and non-threating environment. This program is for the intermediate or advanced student who is committed to the goal of achieving the rank of Black Belt! Weapons and Self Defense training along with Leadership accountability training are also included.
Teens and Adults programs include the Basic Beginner and the Black Belt club Curriculum as well.
The core values and benefits of martial arts are especially beneficial for teens who may be experiencing peer pressure or may not be drawn to typical team sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, etc. Martial arts for many youth IS their primary sport and they excel in it at their own individual pace while being encouraged to stretch themselves beyond what they thought they could achieve.
