Our Speech Therapists are extensively trained and highly competent to help clients achieve goals as established by their physicians. They will provide an In-Home Therapy Program, as needed, in the comforts of the clients' homes. Our therapists will assure that family members and friends are well informed about specific resources that can help facilitate the clients' transition at home.
Experiencing the decline of aging is difficult to watch, especially when elderly family members are neglecting themselves. With age or injury, daily household activities and chores can become difficult for older adults. So homemakers can assist with home management, and they can also provide emotional support to help maintain independent living.
Our medical social workers are highly educated and experienced in providing adequate and appropriate counseling that will assist you in dealing with emotional and social factors that are related to a patient illness. Perform home assessments to identify social, emotional, and financial concerns of family and patient.

My experience with the agency MDT has been wonderful. My mother needed help and so did I and the agency stepped up and was able to dispatch a nurse assistant to my mothers house to help her around while I was at work. I would not have been able to make it happen with out MDT’s staff Amanda and Elizabeth help. Thank you and I highly recommend there Assistanc.

This is the most unprofessional agency that you can possibly have to deal with. They DONT CARE about anything else than milking the cow and getting their pay check. My grand mother was assigned to this agency, she never received the number of visits she qualified for, no one ever calls us back, no one follows up, the OT and PT therapists show up only one time out of three, they never call to cancel they just dont show up. I had an instance where a physical therapist reported in the charts going to see my grandma 6 times and we actually only saw him once. Worse place on the planet. Good luck trying

I have both of my parents with the agency under their long term care program. They couldn’t be more happier with the aide, and I go to work knowing that they are well taken care of. They even called the hospital and keep in touch with the social worker one my dad went to the hospital. Once he was home they made sure he had all the services he needed and dealt with the insurances to get everything authorized. Which is a very overwhelming processing, dealing with my parents HMo insurance. But they know what they are doing.
