Want and need to update my review because Michael Bins really redeemed himself in my opinion!
He got me more than expected and really went out of his way to give my case the attention it needed.
He also gave me a direct number and returned all my calls and answered all my questions.
He also gave me very good advice.
During the time I felt ignored, I now recognize that there was a personnel change in his support staff and really wasn't anyone's fault but this is the reason I'm leaving a 4, instead of 5.
I highly recommend him for this type of case because he knows his stuff!
