Not a fan. Called ahead of time to ask them If it’s okay if would be late or if I need to cancel. They said that’s fine and gave a deadline, got there at the deadline and they told me they can’t take me I have to reschedule... what was the point of giving me a deadline then? It was ten minutes... unprofessional

Completely unprofessional dentist. After having multiple issues with my six month smiles, Dr. Berger refused to get on the phone with me. Instead he had his office manager tell me I had to pay for a new course of treatment after I already paid several thousand dollars for the braces. I understand he may have been frustrated, but what professional refuses to speak with their patient and attempt to work out a solution?

I have had nothing but good visits. Family Dentistry wasn't the first dentist that I went to. I won't mention the name of the other dentist, but I will say that they tried to charge me over $4,000 for work that I really didn't need. They wouldn't do what I wanted when I wanted it. I went to Family Dentistry just to see what he would say. The next day they were doing the work that I needed and wanted. I'm very happy with the work and timely manner.
