With the housing market being fiercely competitive, it's easy to see why most people find the home buying process overwhelming. Being a huge financial decision, the home buying process is also emotionally charged. To help you along, we've come up with a list of 21 steps that will make the buying process predictable and manageable.
If you qualify for this type of loan, you will be exempted from having to make a down payment. To qualify, the property you intend to buy must be located in what is considered a rural area. You must also have a low but steady income. While other loans require that you make a down payment of up to 20%, you can pay as a little as 3.5% as the down payment if you qualify for an FHA loan.

I have worked with Century 21 Four seasons in Bonners Ferry since March of 2014. Kirsten Madden was a realtor back then. She is now the owner and still provides the same great service. I have purchased several properties using her to represent me. She catches things important to me as a buys and has my back! I have also sold several properties using her to represent me. I find her to be honest and straight forward. She consistently is accurate on appropriate listing and sales prices. She does not try to give me false hopes of inflated values just to get me to list with them. Weather you are buying
