We had this insurance ( Home owners of America Inc ) for our home for almost 5 years and never had any issues even during the worst years when we were hit with hard freeze winter storm, where it effected our plumbing , electricity and garage. in a big way . The insurance adjuster came to us in a week which is great given the entire city of Houston and Katy were hit hard. . It would be to our advantage to go back to them in the event we are not fully satisfied. Thank you for Job well done..,

Updated Review: After I posted the original review (see below), the owner, Marvin reached out to me and explained to me that it was the carrier (Lighthouse) who discontinued my insurance. However, I was really hoping that Full Scope could switch me to a new carrier with similar premiums which I paid in the past. They did eventually provide me with a new quote which was not competitive with other quotes I received and I decided to go with a different insurance agency. Marvin, thanks for reaching out!

Very good service. I was able to save north of $500 on home insurance. I decided to have some of my coverages reduced, but all the same, I am very happy with the help Full Scope gave me. Good service, very responsive. Just signed on with this new insurance company, so I can't vouch for them yet, but Full Scope has been great so far.

The staff are always accessible for questions. They are friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable about the types and appropriate level of insurance the client should have. I have always been able to talk with the agent the same day in which I call. Full Scope was referred to me and I am totally satisfied. And I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
