I have been with State Farm since 1997 where I started as a team member and then became an agent in 2004. I fell in love with the job and decided that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I was born in Peru, my mother is from Saudi Arabia and my father from England. I studied at Florida International University where I graduated with a bachelors degree in business.
I am very passionate about my business and love to build personal relationships with my customers. What I love the most about my job is helping people prepare for the future and recover from the unexpected, from car accidents to house fires, saving for college to planning for the future. I will always be there to help our customers with their financial needs and concerns.

Charles Allison office, have a great customer Service, Jhasmine helped me and explained my policies in detail. She gave me options of how I can save more, she answered all my questions. I Highly recommend them. All staff is very professional and responsive with customers that come into the office and they help you right away. I am extremely happy with the service🙂

Charles Allison Office is a great ONE!! Everyone is so friendly and ready to help. Charles helped me with my auto , renters , Life policies. He explained it so simple that now I finally understand all the coverages on my auto policy. He also got me to save money and use those savings to start my permanent life policy with cash accumulation. Thank you so much Charles for taking the time and helping me.
