Dale is fantastic! She is personable, gentle but firm, and has the technical knowledge to back it all up. Every step of the way she would inform me of her intentions. She ended the massage so peacefully with a moment of stillness and her two palms gently on my shoulders - cherry on top. I'll be seeing her next time I need a massage for sure!

I've seen Dale on several occasions. She is a great therapist addressing areas that I've had trouble with and she has either alleviated my muscle issues or fixed them. I find Dale knowledgeable about the muscular structure and she shares and educates me regarding the muscles she is working on at the time. She is also friendly and professional. I very much look forward to seeing Dale with my muscular issues!!

Very calm and peaceful atmosphere as soon as I walked in. I went in with a tension headache and some neck and shoulder pain. In a short amount of time, Karen was able to relieve almost all of my muscle tension, and even got spots I didn't know were tight! She's a miracle worker. I chose this place on a recommendation from one of my doctors, and I can't thank her enough!
